Child & Family Clinic Plus

Child and Family Clinic Plus is an early recognition and intervention program funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health and operated at a local level by MHPWQ, Inc.Child and Family Clinic Plus extend clinic services into the community by providing clinical services in the school setting and in the home environment.

 
Western Queens Blended Case Management
Mental Health Providers of Western Queens operates a Blended Case Management Program which is funded and regulated by the New York state Office of Mental Health. The program provides case management services to adults, adolescents and children in the queens community who are living with mental illness and/or serious emotional problems. Recipients are provided with either an Intensive Case Manager (IMC) or a Supportive Case Manager (SCM) dependent on recipient need and OMH criterial. 
 
Western Queens Recovery Services
Western Queens Recovery Services A comprehensive, family oriented bilingual Spanish/English outpatient treatment facility that treats Chemically Dependent Individuals and Significant Others to help in their start to a healthy substance-free lives. WQRS is a community-based program licensed by New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
 
 
Families First Program
A community outreach, parent education program at Western Queens Consultation Center
which offers workshops and training sessions in the community and at our program sites.
